The Hungarian bands on the festival programme are the Debrecen Garrison Military Band of the Hungarian Armed Forces, the hosts of the International Military Band Festival; the Central Orchestra of the Hungarian Armed Forces, which performs at the highest-level state events; the Military Band of the Central Training Base - Hungarian Armed Forces, which was formed in 2005; and the Székesfehérvár Garrison Military Band of the Hungarian Armed Forces, established in 1964.
The foreign guests include the Athens Garrison Military Band, the oldest military band of Greece; the Carinthia State Military Band from Austria; and the oldest military band in the world: the Mehter Historical Military Band of Turkey
The festival will also host a camp of 50 hussars who will stage a battle re-enactment.
