The programme marks the 200th anniversary of the birth of Liszt.

The conservatory is also continuing its Haydn Progressive programme for the second year. The programme offers the chance to 70 students and 16 teachers from all over Europe to study the works of Haydn's best known student: Ignaz Joseph Pleyel, Johann Nepomuk Hummel and Ludwig van Beethoven.

The conservatory's students, together with peers from around Europe, will perform an oratory by Hummel in the Esterházy Palace on May 7 to top the programme off.
