The gardens invite visitors to join the traditional Japanese custom of Hanami, or enjoying the beauty of flowers.
As a part of the weekend celebration, the gardens will host a photography exhibition about Japan, a calligraphy show and presentations of traditional Japanese crafts such as origami. Visitors can taste Japanese teas, adopt a cherry tree or read a submission for a haiku contest.
