The event will offer a variety of programmes such as literary readings and round tables, book presentations and lectures.
Guests invited to the festival include Hungary's Peter Esterhazy and Zsuzsa Rakovszky, Croatian author Nedjelko Fabrio and Seppo Knuuttila, president of the Finnish Kalevala Society.
The festival is sponsored by literary journal Jelenkor and the Culture Capital of Europe programme.
