The exhibition presents works from all stages of the 75-year-old Csík?s career, and aims especially to put together a comprehensive presentation of the artist?s work over the past 10-15 years.
Csík is a scientist-philosopher painter who, throughout his life, has sought the answer to the question of whether the resonating waves of light reflected by the paint in pictures could serve as a clue to basic universal connections, and shed the veil of pseudo-reality. It is up to history and future generations, as well as the current public to decide whether Csík has found the answer through his paintings.
