Fade In is offering screenwriters a chance to meet for a one-on-one consult with the award-winning UK screenwriter and director Richard Kwietniowski.
Anybody may submit a story in the early stages of development to Fade In for a brief evaluation and tips for further development. The film treatments are to be written in English and are not to exceed ten pages. The participation fee is HUF 5,000. Fade In is looking for treatments designed to reach a wide audience, though with an individual approach and an original voice.
Three of the competitors will be picked for a face-to-face meeting with Kwietniowski to discuss their treatment.
The three winners will also be assisted by Fade In and their treatments will be included in the premium section of the company's online script market, to start up in the first half of the year.
To request information on the contest or make a submission, write to info@fadein.eu
The deadline for submissions is January 15 and the three winners will be decided by January 20. Analyses of the submissions will be completed and sent to contestants by January 25. All rights will remain with contestants.
