The prize for best editing went to Aurique Delannoy from France for the film Skirt Day.

Hannu-Pekka Björkman from Finland was named best male actor for his role in the film The House of Branching Love, and Rifka Lodeizen from the Netherlands was named best female actor for her role in the film Can Go Through Skin.
The prize for best director went to Klára Trencsényi and Vlad Naumescu for the Romanian-Hungarian coproduction Birds? Way, a documentary.
Journey to the Forest by director Jörn Staeger from Germany was named the best experimental film, and Logorama by directors Francois Alaux, Hervé de Crécy és Ludovic Houplain from France was named best animated film.
The prize for best short film went to Jonas Matzow Gulbrandsen from Poland for the film Darek and the best documentary award went to Fabian Daub and Andreas Gräfenstein from Germany for Left Behind. The audience award was presented to Attila Bertóti?s Romanian animated film Ariadne?s Thread.
Mediawave will continue in the Hungarian village of Őriszentpéter and in Rudersdorf in Austria on May 13-16.
