Győr mayor Zsolt Borkai said the centre was a meeting place of science, business and the latest technology. The mission of Mobilis is to get young people to like the sciences and popularise technical lines of work, he added.
Győr, home to the Hungarian unit of German carmaker Audi, is one of the country?s automotive industry hubs.
