The students will learn interviewing techniques, how to research archives, and how to use photography and filmmaking in the service of documenting and researching local history.
The costs of the camps will be paid for by the Holocaust Documentation Center and Memorial Collection Foundation. Participants will be required to cover only the cost of transport to and from the camps as well as meals.
The deadline for applying to participate at the summer camps is June 15, 2006.
