The events will be arranged around the themes of the four seasons in four segments next year.
The programmes will be running under the name "Lisztomania 2011", a term taken from German Romantic poet and essayist Heinrich Heine, who used it to describe the massive public applause to Liszt's virtuoso piano concerts in 1841-42 in Berlin.
Liszt's piano works will be recited by acclaimed Liszt performers, including Daniel Barenboim, Ivo Pogorelich, Boris Bloch and Elisabeth Leonskaja.
Most concerts will be held in the 600-seat Franz Liszt Concert Hall near the composer's birth house.
