Hungarian-born photographer wins Paris Photo top award

(MTI) - A one-time painter Osz, who has been living and working in Amsterdam, has won the prestigious award for his image "Permanent Daylight" he made in 2004.
    The colour composition he made by using the camera obscura technique shows a row of greenhouses on the outskirts of Amsterdam with special lamps kept lit up during the night to cater for the plants.
    Osz's picture has been selected from among 20 submission to receive the top award going with a cash prize of 12,000 euros.
    Paris Photo is the most prestigious show the French capital is hosting during November, a month of photography.
