Ladjánszki won the prize for her piece Shelter, beating ten other competitors. She will take a EUR 3,000 purse and receive an invitation for a new premiere at the 2009 Belgrade Summer Festival.
Shelter had its debut at the Budapest Fringe Festival and was performed at the L1 Táncművek in April.
Ladjánszki's choreography Sisterhood, which she performed together with Andrea Lakatos, was the runner-up at last year's Belgrade festival.
