Some 130 students, aged 12 to 35, will arrive from South Korea, Italy, Israel, Mexico, Canada, Sweden, Slovakia, Romania and the United States to participate at the camp.
Among the master class teachers is György Déri, a professor at the Liszt Music Academy in Budapest University who will teach cello at the camp for the first time. Ferenc Kerek, the rector of the University of Szeged Conservatory, as well as Balázs Szokolay, Gábor Eckhardt and Eszter Perényi will hold violin master classes, and Iván Madarász will instruct chamber music. Gusztáv Fenyő will arrive from Scotland to teach piano and chamber music, and the Italian Paolo Pollice will teach piano. Roni Porat, from Israel, will give a master class in conducting and symphonic music.
Several concerts are on the camp programme.
