Twenty members of the troupe will travel to Canada to compete in the contest on July 6-11, said artistic director Péter Takács.
More than a thousand professional dancers from five continents will participate at the contest.
Takács said the contest?s organisers had personally invited Everdance to compete after seeing a video of them performing online.
The world famous Cirque du Soleil will consider contestants for their production of Michael Jackson The Immortal, he added.
