Hungarian Film Days in Bratislava Wind Up With Talk

Hungarian filmmakers and actors who are well known in Slovakia as well as Hungary, such as György Cserhalmi and Géza Benkő will be in the spotlight at the talk, said Hungarian Institute director István Kollai.
 
Other guests include the director Vladislava Plancíková and the producer Tomas Kaminsky, whose documentary-animated film Felvidék deals with the Benes Decrees.
 
Angéla Galán, whose film Szlovákmagyarok focuses on ethnic Hungarians? search for identity in Slovakia, will also participate at the talk, as will the directors Mátyás Prikler and Péter Kerekes, and the film theorist Daniela Chlapíková.
 
Hungarian films have their own special section at this year?s Febiofest. Among the features on the programme are director Béla Tarr?s The Turin Horse and the animated feat The Tragedy of Man by Marcell Jankovics.
