Director Bertalan Bago's feature Hunting for Englishmen had its international premiere in Texas and won a Gold Remi in the historical films category. Krisztina Goda's comedy Just Sex and Nothing Else, shown in the romantic films category, fetched a Special Jury Remi as well as a Gold Remy.
In the short films and documentary category, Róbert Lakatos received a Platina Remi for Moszny. A Platina Remi also went to István Madarász for the sci-fi short Sooner or Later.
István Buvári's Execution won a Gold Remi, Péter Politzer's Grenades won a Silver Remi and Ágota Varga's Apple of Our Eye won a Bronze Remi.
The WorldFest Independent Film Festival took place on April 20-29.
