(MTI) - Five Hungarian feature films and five animated films will be shown at the 9th Hungarian Film Spring, including director Szabolcs Hajdu's Bibliotheque Pascal, which was Hungary's pick for an Oscar nomination last year, said Patricia Paszt of the Krakow Hungarian Centre, which is organising the screenings.

The Bathory Express, a "cultural lorry", will also start a 2,800-kilometre trip through Poland and Hungary from Poznan on Wednesday. The truck will collect stories, photographs and objects from locals in five big cities in Hungary and ten in Poland. The Bathory Express's final destination is Warsaw, where it will arrive in time for Poland to take over the rotating EU presidency from Hungary on June 30.
