Hungarian libraries to be equipped with computers, internet by 2013

In his address, Hiller noted that at present only 62 percent of the country's libraries had computers and 59 percent had an internet connection.

 
In the next three years, the government wants to use over 3.8 billion forints (EUR 16.3m) in European Union funds to develop library infrastructure, the minister added.
