Ulbrich shared the bill with Dmitri Hvorostovsky, Anna Maria Bogza and Marcello Álvarez. The production was directed by Franco Zeffirelli and conducted by Renato Palumbo.
Ulbrich has sung the role in Brescia, Como and Cremona, all cities where Umberto Fanni heads opera houses. Fanni is also an organiser of the summer festival in Verona.
Ulbrich will sing the role of Azucena in Budapest next season.
