Szabó will be among about a dozen soloists from ten countries in the region performing at the festival.
Szabó is the winner of the first prizes at several international organ competitions including in Saint Maurice in 2007, Heidelberg in 2008, Wiesbaden (2nd prize) in 2009 and Nuremberg in 2011.
The Central European Music Festival ? ?a combination of traditional music festival and competition? ? is organised by the Slovak Music Centre, an institution of the Slovak culture ministry.
