The play, written by István Tasnádi and directed by György Vidovszky, was chosen by Hungarian critics as the best children?s and youth theatre play of the 2010/2011 season. It also won the main prize and a special prize at last year?s Children and Youth Theatre Festival.
Cyber Cyrano had its international premiere at the Skupova Festival in Plzen on June 20. It was also performed at the international Schöne Aussicht biennale in Stuttgart.
The winners of the German Youth Theatre Award will be selected in September. The awards will be presented on December 7.
