Hungarian Poet Wins Austrian Award

The prize, which seeks to acknowledge poets from Central and Southeast Europe, was awarded for the third time. Renata Serelyte from Lithuania took the prose prize, and a special prize, granted for the first time this year, went to Boris Hersonsky.

 
Fodor, born in 1945, writes haiku and librettos. He also translates poetry and plays. Fodor won an Artisjus Literary Award in 2007.
