Hungarian-Slovak exhibition in Nove Zamky

(MTI) -The exhibition entitled "Life on the two sides of the border" presents objects of daily use such as clay pots, jewellery, iron and copper fibulas, statuettes and tools used for skinning sheep, said Eszter Kovacs. Multimedia displays also show the reconstruction work of a Roman military watchtower. Children can role play the bargaining between Roman and barbarian tradesmen, she said. The exhibition has been co-organised with Hungary's Xantus Janos Museum in Gyor and will travel on to Nitra in May.
