The programme, in which Germany's Essen, Istanbul, Turkey, and Pecs are scheduled to participate, will prove that cooperation can be quite successful even when cultures are entirely different, he added.
Hiller noted that the three cities had the potential to form a "good trio" since they had the willingness to cooperate. He added that similar consultations would take place in the future to discuss specific issues related to the programme.
