Hungary's foreign institutes mark 53rd '56 anniversary

President Laszlo Solyom will participate in an event in Vienna organised by the Austrian-Hungarian Association, Hungarian embassy and Collegium Hungaricum, with noted actors and singers providing entertainment.

   
Warsaw will host a roundtable with distinguished historians and a photo exhibition will be shown in the Polish parliament.
   
Cellist Miklos Perenyi will perform Bach solo suites in Romania, to be broadcast live on public radio there.
   
In Europe, concerts and other cultural events will take place in Bratislava, Berlin, Brussels, Moscow, Madrid, Prague and Paris among other cities. A chamber concert will be held in the Consulate-General in New York.
