The festival, to be held held between October 4 and 10, is part of the programmes Pecs offers as Europeal Capital of Culture this year, Janos Keresnyei said.
Slovenia's film director and actor Igor Korsi and Romanian director Andrei Gruzsniczki, winner of last year's festival, will accompany Menzel on the jury.
