The four-day event, to take place at the city?s youth centre, will feature workshops and concerts. Among the artists coming to the festival are the Russian Nadishana, Tran Quang Hai from Vietnam, Italy?s Ipercussonici, Turbo Zen from Russia, the American TribeCast, Heug from the Netherlands and the Latvian Egidijus Darulis.
