Madredeus awed an audience at the Palace of Arts with its fado-inspired music in early summer last year. At the concert in October, the band will play material from its albums Um Amor Infinito and Faluas Do Tejo.
The twenty-year-old Madredeus has played concerts all over the world and released a dozen albums. The group has played with DJs as well as with full orchestras, always retaining reverence for its Portuguese inspiration and elevated by the ethereal voice of Teresa Salgueiro.
Madredeus will play at the Palace of Arts at 19:30 on October 20.
