Munkácsy award-winning sculptor György Lipcsey?s work will be placed on the wall of a building next to the City Culture Centre in the Main Street of Dunajská Streda. Several statues by Lipcsey have been erected in the city over the years.
The memorial was financed from public donations organised by the Pázmaneum Civil Society.
Deputy head of Slovakia?s Party of the Hungarian Coalition Miklós Duray will deliver a speech at the inauguration ceremony. After the event, the Vermes Villa in Dunajská Streda will host a performance of Péter Siposhegyi?s monodrama exploring Esterházy?s life. Former head of the Party of the Hungarian Coalition Pál Csáky will deliver a speech before the performance.
