Montes de Oca Torres will use the scholarship, presented on the 200th anniversary of Liszt?s birth, to participate at a three-month electroacoustic workshop in Weimar next year.
The young Mexican studied guitar at the Escuela Superior de Música. He graduated with a degree in electroacoustic composition from the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm.
