The troupe will perform two productions - Imre Kálmán's Die Csárdásfürstin and Johann Strauss's Die Fledermaus - at the festival, to take place in mid-December.
The Miskolc National Theatre has performed Die Csárdásfürstin, directed by the award-winning Imre Halasi, 75 times over several seasons to much acclaim. But the production of Die Fledermaus, also directed by Halasi, has been performed only a few times.
