The singer, guitarist, and composer Adams has played many times in Hungary during a career which spans more than two decades. Adams' recently released Anthology is a selection of 36 of his greatest hits from the past 25 years. The album includes such well-known songs as Everything I Do, Summer of 69, and Please Forgive Me..
Rúzsa is the winner of the latest Megasztár amateur singing competition in Hungary. She was also a finalist in this year's Eurovision Song Contest. Rúzsa will be present songs from her album Ördögi Angyal (Delivish Angel) at the T-Mobile concert.
As in previous years, the concert is expected to draw hundreds of thousands of people. The event's organisers promise CD quality sound, and projectors will be placed at several points of the square.
Under a new initiative, T-Mobile and other concert sponsors have teamed up with the Human Rights Foundation to promote the foundation's cause with several short films to be shown on the screens around the square.
