The buyer of the poster, advertising a concert in Seoul, was Hungary' OTP Bank.
The Győr Philharmonic Orchestra toured Africa, Asia and Europe with Morricone last year.
Proceeds from the auction will support the establishment of a HUF 90 million pacemaker centre at the main hospital in Győr.
