From the start, Kiss has worked hard to ensure a harmonious relationship between the different institutions that call MUPA home. Under his management, the Palace of Arts has become one of Hungary's leading cultural institutions, offering attractions as varied as contemporary dance, folk music, interactive programmes for children and unconventional exhibitions. The building has also hosted many festivals and special events.
Thanks to its top-notch management and a team of well selected staff, MUPA's Béla Bartók National Concert Hall has become a venue with a global reputation. It has hosted performances by Britain's London Symphonic Orchestra, Cuba's Omara Portuondo and Hungary's own Amadinda Percussion Group.
