The local council recently drew up a four-page list of shortcomings related to the transfer of the public spaces from Pécs Holding to a company that will be responsible for their upkeep. Among the documents the council said were missing were manuals for anti-slip surfaces in the spaces and a detailed register of the coordinates of public utilities.

Pécs2010 developments director Péter Merza acknowledged that there may have been some shortcomings in the documents that include thousands of pages, but said they would be corrected within weeks.
