Hungary's stand along the river between the London Eye and Tower Bridge, offered children the chance to paint designs that made Pécs's Zsolnay Porcelain Factory famous. Dancers wearing traditional masks performed and Zsuzsa Berényi provided musical entertainment.
The stand also showed an exhibition of art work by students who participated in The Rivers of the World, a programme co-organised with the British Council that paired professional artists with young people to help them express what the Danube River meant to them.
