The plaque with a relief, designed by Sándor Dudás, was inaugurated on the wall of the artist's former home in Ada, Serbia, 63 years after his death.

Moholy-Nagy was born in the Hungarian town of Bácsborsod, but spent his childhood in Ada and Mol, today part of Serbia.

An exhibition of photographs by Moholy-Nagy opened in Ada's public library after the plaque was inaugurated. The photographs were lent by the galleries Zlatno Oko and Bel Art.
