The festival has been organised by the Italian Cultural Institute in cooperation with Filmitalia and Budapest Film. The programme includes the following films:
The Unknown (director: Giuseppe Tornatore), Night Bus (director: Davide Marengo), Ballroom Dancing (director: Claudio Antonini), Desert Roses (director: Mario Monicelli), Salty Air (director: Alessandro Angelini), Red Like The Sky (director: Cristiano Bortone), In Memory of Myself (director: Saverio Costanzo), Saturno Contro (director: Ferzan Ozpetek), Flying Lessons (director: Francesca Archibugi), My Brother Is An Only Child (director: Daniele Lucchetti).
Special guests at the festival will be the directors Mario Monicelli and Davide Marengo, the actor Giorgio Pasotti, the cinematographer Gianfilippo Corticelli and the film distributor Paolo Corvino.
