Dorfmeister will be joined by Ras MC T-Weed.
Other acts on the Park lineup in May include Dub Pistols, Kowalsky, Vega, Hooligans and Republic.
Park is being launched by two former owners of the Zöld Pardon, an outdoor entertainment venue just across the river, and an owner of Morrison?s Klub, a popular locale in the capital.
