Santana, who was number 15 on Rolling Stone's 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time list in 2003, is set to release next year a triple-album tribute to the musicians who have influenced him over a career that spans more than three decades, including John Coltrane, Bob Marley, Marvin Gaye and Paco de Lucia. On the tribute, Santana will be backed by keyboardist Chester "CT" Thompson and drummer Narada Michael Walden, as well as guest saxophonists Wayne Shorter, Pharoah Sanders and Kenny Garrett.
