For the first time, the festival will feature a special guest each evening at the MU Theatre. This year's guests performers are Anna Piotrowska, Bruno Isakovics, Ildikó Bacskai and Levente Bajári.
The jury for the 2009 SoloDuo includes Kossuth- and Nívó-prize-winning teacher and head of the Art Gymnasium of Pécs Dóra Uhrik, dance critic and teacher at the Hungarian Dance Academy Sándor Hegedűs, visual artist and head of the Orkesztika Foundation board Márk Fenyves, dance critic of The Herald Mary Brennen, and the choreographer, dancer and head teacher at the Duncan Center in Prague Berrak Yedek.
The best performances of the festival will be presented at the Millenáris Theatre on January 13. Special guests at the gala event will include Csaba Horváth and Mihály Dresch.
