At the heart of the programme are about a dozen French language theatre productions by university and amateur troupes from Hungary, France, Belgium, Croatia, Serbia and Ukraine, said programme organiser Krisztina Kimpián.
Among the productions on the programme are Regarde, Meurs, Souviens-toi by Jean-Louis Bachelet, Poivre de Cayenne by René de Obaldia, Huis clos by Jean-Paul Sartre, Le Petit Prince by Antoine Saint-Exupéry and Un journée d'enfer by Jean-Louis Bauer.
Theatre workshops will take place with the cooperation of Szeged French cultural association Alliance Francaise during the festival. An exhibition of photographs of past festivals will be hosted in the city's Grand Café.
