Stephen Clapp, a former dean of the Juilliard School, will teach a master class for violinists at this year?s academy.
The German cellist Judit Emert-Robe, the Junior Prima-winning Hungarian cellist Ditta Rohmann and the violinist David Danel, who plays with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, will also teach master classes for the strings.
The Hungarian Klára Körmendi will teach piano at the academy.
The academy?s students will perform Purcell?s opera Dido and Aeneas in the courtyard of the Rákóczi castle in Sárospatak in the framework of the Zemplén Festival.
