The song, entitled Sziget (We Get Wrecked), made it to the 13th spot on BBC Radio 1?s indie singles chart.
Sziget (We Get Wrecked) relates the experience of a visitor (though not a performer) to the Sziget Festival, a week-long musical extravaganza on an island in the Danube.
Hamfatter was formed in Cambridge in 2001. A trio forms the core of the band, with Eoin O?Mahony on vocals, piano and bass, James "Jimbo" Ingham on guitar and Mark Ellis on drums. Sziget is on the band?s third album, which was released this month.
