Three Hungarian films to compete at Jerusalem festival

Two films by Peter Forgach will be in competition at Israel's most prestigious festival, being organised for the 25th time. The first is a feature-length documentary "I am Von Hoefler" about the generations of a Hungarian leather-maker dynasty, using footage filmed by the family itself. The other is "Own Death" based on a novel by contemporary Hungarian writer Peter Nadas.

The third movie is the award-winning silent picture "Milky Way" by Benedek Fliegauf, who describes it as a "peculiar nature film, where instead of giraffes and penguins we see humans".
