The film was acknowledged by the jury "for a convincing, consequently executed and disturbing portrait of a seemingly perfect society".
The jury comprised the Hungarian director Ágnes Kocsis, her compatriot, the producer András Muhi, and the director of the Warsaw International Film Festival Stefan Laudyn.
The Audience Award went to the Belgian film Hasta la vista.
The 19th Titanic took place in the capital on April 13-21. Altogether, 57 feature films ? including seven documentaries and eight concert films ? from 29 countries as well as six shorts were on the programme.
Screenings took place in the Uránia National Film Theatre, the Kinó, the Toldi arthouse cinema, the Örökmozgó Film Museum and the A38.
Festival-goers got to see six premieres, including ID:Aand Those Who Kill ? Shadow of the Past, both from Denmark,Indebted from Finland, the American films I Like You and Happily Never After, and Kodály Method from Hungary.
