The exhibition, entitled Every Dance Mirrors the Human Soul, shows some of the most captivating moments from Frenák's choreographies Boys, Frisson and Instinct. The images were taken by Edit Kozár, Kriszta Sarnyai, Tamás Lékó and Péter Peti. The exhibition also shows photographs of the troupe in rehearsal by Tibor Várnagy.

 
Frenák was born in 1957. He set up his Compagnie Pal Frenak in Paris in 1989 and included the first Hungarian members in 1999. He has taught at the Paris and Lille Theatre of the Deaf and at the French College of Acrobats.

Frenák's unique performances are characterised by the use of sign language combined with modern and classical dance techniques, plus the involvement of other creative fields, such as theatre, circus, fashion and contemporary music. In addition to working in Hungary and France, the company also performed in Belgium, Germany, Singapore, Indonesia and Macau last year.
