Members of the band provided power during their entire show by peddling bikes on the stage but make sure to eliminate green house gas emission by transporting their entire stuff including all sets of their instruments by bicycles during their summer tour in Europe, said Eleni Tsakopoulos Kounalakis said.
The US Embassy sponsored the band's concert at the large-scale festival on the Danube island, as "promoting the use of alternative energy and sustainable development are issues of priority for the Obama Administration," the ambassador said.
