The quartet came to Tokyo on the invitation of their record label Nature Bliss and performed several shows. Additionally, Harcsa and pianist Attila Blahó played live on local radio station J-Wave, and Harcsa teamed up with local act Native in a performance that was broadcast by Bay FM.
The Veronika Harcsa Quartet will recount their experiences in Japan at a special concert in Budapest's József Katona Theatre on May 24. Images of the trip by Zoltán Vancsó and selected by Vince Varga will also be shown at the event.
The quartet will travel to Greece at the end of May to appear at the Preveza Jazz Festival and the European Jazz Festival in Athens.
