The Latino rap band Delinquent Habits plans to share ten bottles of tequila with fans closest to the stage.
Other requests by performers include home-made tomato soup, a bottle of whiskey and 50 bottles of beer.
VOLT has more than 200 Hungarian and foreign acts on its programme.
